To put in the minds of the LCCians the true meaning of being a leader, La Consolacion College of Rinconada Iriga Campus conducted the Christian Leadership Skills Training last 6-7 July 2018 with the theme, "The Voice of Leadership: How Leaders Inspire, Influence, and Achieve Results."
The first day of the said program was held at the St. Augustine's Auditorium with the participants from elementary level, junior high school, senior high school, and tertiary level of LCCR Iriga Campus and elementary participants from LCCR Baao Campus. The program began with an opening prayer and an introduction of the facilitator, Mr. Michael Andrew E. Embestro. The first activity was writing what kind of leader the students think they are and other questions. There was also a part wherein the students were divided into nine groups namely Cow, Dog, Cat, Bird, Bat, Frog, Goat, Chicken, and Pig. Many activities filled the first day like making their own superhero. The first day ended at 5:00 in the afternoon. The second day began at 8:45 am with the same participating from LCCR Iriga Campus and only the junior and senior high school participants from LCCR Baao Campus. Like the firs day, the second day also began with a prayer. Many team building activities filled the second day like the handkerchief game, hula hoop game, spider web game, balancing the ball, and blowing the ball on the cups. After that, a lecture wag given and the second day was ended, concluding the CLST.
